How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 7–10 business days.

We process orders within 24–72 hours, after which you’ll receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

The tracking isn't updating, what should I do?

If the tracking isn’t updating immediately, don’t worry!

Sometimes, carriers take up to 48 hours to update the system, but rest assured your package is on its way.

What should I do if my package is on hold?

If your package is on hold or undelivered, we recommend contacting the local carrier to arrange a new delivery attempt.

How do I initiate a return?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

I received the wrong or damaged product

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you received the wrong or damaged product, please email info@glowytouch.com with photos, your contact information provided during checkout, and the order number from your confirmation email.

We will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
